Resep : Eggplant Miso Soup (Sup Miso Terong)

Okay, since I am little interested with anime character's favourite food, I will share another recipe right now...

Saya sih nggak bisa masak sebenarnya... tapi bagi-bagi resep sih bisa... eheheheh...

Last recipe, we have Mitarashi Anko's favourite food which is Dango...

Today, we will have Anko's soulmate's favourite food (well, in my opinion), Hatake Kakashi's favourite food : Eggplant Miso Soup

Pengen deh buat suatu sat nanti karena saya suka sama terong...

Ya sometime in the future lah pokoknya...

Okay, here it is.....

Eggplant Miso Soup

First to remember is that do not let the images fool you... Jangan sampai gambar-gambar di atas membodohi anda teman-teman...

Miso memang terkadang tidak begitu enak di pandang mata, tetapi rasanya enak di mulut... tenang saja (^_^)

So... Ini dia...>>>

Materials :

4 cups dashi stock

Dashi stock
Instant dashi stock

1 Japanese eggplant, or 1/2 regular eggplant, sliced into 1/2 inch thick pieces

1/4 cup shiro miso
Shiro Miso

2 scallions, chopped

 Steps :

1. Pour the dashi into a pot. Turn the heat to medium, and carefully bring to a simmer. Don't let it boil.

2. Place a grill pan over medium high heat. Place the eggplant on the grill and cook until they start develop grill lines on the bottom. Flip, and cook again until they develop grill lines. If you don't use a grill pan, then just cook in a skillet until tender. Transfer the vegetables to the pot with the dashi.

3. Simmer the vegetables in the dashi for about 10 minutes, or until the eggplant is tender.

4. Turn off the heat, and stir in the miso and the scallions. Ladle into bowls and serve.

Okay... silahkan mencoba, friends!!! (^_^)
